PREFACE

The serious intent of this series of lessons in our adult Sunday Morning Bible Classes in the year 2000 is to change the life of each person who attends one of the classes. Without apology, the elders, staff, and teachers ask each of you individually to accept the following responsibilities prior to coming to class.

Pray each week that God will guide your mind and heart
as you seek a more mature understanding of the Christian life.

Read and think about the texts prior to attending class.

Prepare the lesson of the week prior to attending class.

Commit yourself and your family to being in class
before time to begin the study.

Encourage others to attend the classes.

Share what you learn.
